Oor Wullie - Walkathon

Oor Countryside picture

Ringlink Scotland Ltd have sponsored the 'Oor Countryside' sculpture on the Oor Wullie BIG Bucket trail.
Our goal is to buy the sculpture at auction in September, we aim to use the sculpture as a promotional tool at events and to help engage with schools.

'Oor Countryside' will assist in promoting the agricultural sector and help to raise awareness in the community,
on the origins of food from field to plate.

To raise sufficient funds to buy 'Oor Countryside' Team Ringlink are carrying out a Walkathon
on Wednesday 31st July with a team of over 20 particpants taking on the 4 Munro’s:
'Broad Cairn', 'Cairn Bannoch', 'Tolmount' and 'Tom Buidhe'.

The route will be around 26km and take approximately 7 hours to complete.

Anyone is welcome to join Team Ringlink on the Walkathon, however as this is a charity fundraiser a minimum donation of £100 made through sponsorship is suggested.
